Safety is our top priority at R.L. Coolsaet Construction. We would not be here today as an organization without the efforts of our employees over the years.
We owe it to every employee to review all safety standards, consistently training employees, and have management commitment to mirror the efforts that are being put in by our team in the field.
Operator Qualifications
We have in-house staff as well as third party partners to perform operator qualification training and evaluations on all our employees.
We use MEA, Veriforce, and NCCER to meet customer requirements on a project specific basis. O.Q. training is key to maintaining the highest quality of work, and ensure employees are training to recognize and react to issues that may arise during the performance of pipeline installations.

Pipeline Safety Management Systems
At R.L. Coolsaet we are committed to the implementation of API Recommended Practice 1173 regarding Pipeline Safety Management Systems. We strongly believe that as an industry, our commitment to this framework and continuous improvement is the only way to drive positive change in the industry.
The use of the Plan-Do-Check Act framework is one of our best tools in achieving our goal of zero workplace incidents.
