Since 1936 R.L. Coolsaet Construction Company has been building a record of solid performance in our field. We have qualified personnel, first-class equipment, and available finances to successfully complete any pipeline project from a small diameter to forty-two inch in size.

The excellence of our past performance has prompted utilities to request our services often in several states across the country.

Founded in 1936

Our Company

Founded in 1936, Remi L. Coolsaet was a migrant worker seeking a better life. He achieved this by starting a water and sewer contracting company in Dearborn, Michigan.

After World War II, the company expanded into installing natural gas and oil pipelines, a service we still offer today. We draw inspiration from our history and aim to create a lasting legacy that honors those who came before us.
