Company History

Founded in 1936, Remi L. Coolsaet was a migrant worker seeking a better life. He achieved this by starting a water and sewer contracting company in Dearborn, Michigan. After World War II, the company expanded into installing natural gas and oil pipelines, a service we still offer today. We draw inspiration from our history and aim to create a lasting legacy that honors those who came before us.
